June 17th, 1958 - Terry Medwin scores the winning goal past Hungary keeper Grosics to put Wales 2-1 up in the 76th minute of this group C 2nd place play off game in the World Cup. Wales qualified for the quarter finals, only to be beaten 1-0 by the eventual winners Brazil.
